when doing the direct contact, I got the same answer many times, “You are the only one complaining about that”…
Then, when more people write on the forum about those problems, they change the public gaslight to: The ones complaining about that are trolls…

Same here and that’s where I stopped the dialogue. There is a saying in Germany, if things are not written down, all agreements / alignments are for the birds. Secondly I’m old enough not to engage into brainwashing or any BS bingo games. Thirdly, in the case of non-native speakers, it is an unfair choice of weapons.
And exactly that is his well-considered strategy, not just the paternal need to explain to lost people like us how the big, wide world is working …

I’ve been using “Google TV” to figure this out for Taiwan. It works on my phone and as my TV runs Google TV, it works there too…

Google TV says the same thing. Sometimes, Google will allow you to rent things that are not available for streaming, but it doesn’t even offer me that.
