There are plenty of people not using my plugins.
Of course I have no exact numbers, but we did once match names from Xojo forum with my customer list. There was about a third matching.
So that says there are many people not using your plugins
Thats not surprising
It says nothing about them being happy or even actively using their Xojo license or how they use it etc
Just saying that overstating what you can actually confirm or support with data is not a healthy practice
I am a totally normal user. I nearly never post in forums to learn and I never post in forums for bugtracking. Except the vendor is Not even barely doing his job. Users like me I know more in xojo scene than others. What says that? Possibly the forum is not the measurement for existing users. And I bought your plugins like others to learn how you’ve done it to write byself. I hate Blackbox plugins. I’m not alone with it
Actually, a third sounds like an unnaturally high fraction to me. That figure suggests many people (most active users?) find xojo lacking in some area.

Well, IT IS lacking in many areas.
But this is a third of the FORUM users, not actuall Xojo users so, maybe not so high.
Well, for me it’s good to know that I could grow my business if I could convince a few more % to start using my plugins.
Indeed, this is like a politicians conclusion: ‘MOST people are very happy about wearing a Covid-19 mask all the time because only a very small minority of the people were at the protest mars’. Most people do not speak up, but may as well be mad/dissatisfied/dissapointed with Xojo.
