you should check out the supply chain of many of the tools that you use. i was surprised to discover that at least three of the tools that i use, heavily, orginate in ukraine. the only concern i have about that is that the personnel may go offline, perhaps permanently.
many OSS projects have heavy contributions from all over the world.

Interestingly, I have ordered many parts for my truck from Ukraine and despite current situation there have been no problems obtaining parts.

Why is that? Ukraine was one of the most corrupted countries. You think, everything have been magically turned to better after Russia attacked? I think, that is a bit naive assumption. World is not as black and white as media tries to make it.

But its better than say China, North Korea or Russia in terms of their attempts to control everything leaving their borders & use it to spy on the West

I’m rewriting Xojo Web apps in Node.js. I like that I can use the same Javascript language for both client and server. The hard part (in addition to learning Javascript) is keeping track of what’s running on the client vs server, and the asynchronous nature of some things in Javascript. AI has been helpful in providing the equivalent of Xojo’s sample projects - I learn better by looking at examples.
