And still there is a difference. In GAZA it was starting after thousands of rockets started from GAZA came to Israel. And no, IronDome catches not all of them, not at all. As example of around 1200 sources found with Google Searches for rockets made damages in Israel and rockets killed civilians in Israel I have this one from 2021 (Human rights watch). It could not be without any answer what was happened for years now done by Hamas under the protection of the people of GAZA. Many of them said they would always vote for Hamas. Sorry but THAT IS A DIFFERENCE. If Israel does anything against this war crime over more than a decade everybody screams on Israel. But if Russia does exactly the same like Hamas Russia is the better one? No.
And yes, the most people living in Israel want that this HORROR ist stoppng. Ask Erel from B4x for example. He is living in Israel. Ask people living under bomb attacks there. Or ask the ones in Ukraine. They have the same problem. And yes, I have no doubts that Hamas (which was financed and delivered with rocket materials by Iran would try to kill all JEWS from Israel like Putin ants to kill all people from Ukraine. That has to have a response. And after decades of having that bombing nearly every day Israel finally has done something against.
In one conflict 4% of casualties are civilians, in the other it’s 80%+.
I think it’s easy to know in which conflict civilians are being specifically targeted and in which they most certainly aren’t.
4% in Ukraine versus 70% in America’s war in Iraq and 40%+ in the Vietnam war and 80% in Gaza.
What this is, is an example of the false equivalence fallacy.

That’s a question: is there in real a genocid or not. Following to Israel:no. Following to Hamas-People and organizations which are compromised by Hamas: yes. It is a complex situation and it is: WAR. There was no chance without getting people involved. Sad? Yes, extremely. But the Hamas has done that on purpose. They wanted that civilians are injured when Israel starts really attacking Hamas.

It’s not exactly like that, it’s a consequence of the International Anarchy. For countries there is no world policeman to come to your rescue so you have to try and be as strong as possible to deter another state from aggression against you.
Nations form alliances for protection but an alliance only works if it has a common enemy otherwise it falls apart.
Both Yeltsin and Putin made approaches to join Nato but were rebuffed.
Russia fulfills the role of being Nato’s designated enemy and a rival superpower to the US.
Putin has said that once a country joins Nato it pretty quickly has to do everything the US wants.
It gets bases on its territory and American troops and American missiles. When Russia asked about the type of warheads installed on missiles stationed in Romania, it was told that it was none of its business. And remember that twice this century the US has unilaterally withdrawn from Nuclear non-proliferation treaties, first under Bush and secondly under Trump.
Ukraine in Nato also raised the prospect of US missiles just 300 miles from Moscow.
It raised the prospect of the Black Sea effectively becoming a Nato Lake and Sevastopol becoming a Nato naval base.
Finally it was pretty clear to anyone who thought about it for five minutes that the ultimate goal of this Nato expansion was to undermine Russia itself and effect regime change there as well as possible dismemberment of the Federation into more easily controlled ethnicity based countries.
The regime in Russia may not be nice guys but like everyone else they have survival instincts.
They saw what the US had done in Ukraine in overthrowing Yanukovych. They saw it as a playbook attempted by the US maybe 100 times since WW2.
If they took that then it was their ass in the bacon slicer next, the US plan being to deal with Russia and then pivot to China.
That’s why after years of being both ignored and provoked they took the military option.
