I expect those will be closed aswell soon without further information/communication.
There are a lot of closed reports, often old ones, these days/weeks. It feels like they’re trying to recover from the situation of being overflowed by those too many reports by “restarting from scratch”.
Hell yeah, we don’t solve our problems by fixing them,
but by simply deleting and marking them as done.
Only ‘the’ genius follows this path to success…
I need to stop, it is emberassing to see for how many years I’ve wasted my time and energy writing detailed bug reports, giving examples, trying to improve this software, 'cause I really believed this is the cross-platform RAD tool it advertise it would be.
What do you think will be happened?? Any Idea? I have one: they don’t care about the bugs they care aboutn their citizen Users. See it from the other side: they need to generate revenue. From 100 pro’s you get the same revenue like you get from 100 citizens. And they wnna gut thousands of citizens. That’s helping.

They closed my request
I’ve received dozens of e-mails closing my cases in the last few days. The comment I get is resubmit if still needed / is a problem.
Thats as close to “we dont care & we cant be bothered” as you can get
SO sad
They are not able to fix that stuff. Therefore they have the problem that they have to define a process for that. Deleting is their process. That’s the problem of a too small company.
So sad to see hundreds of issues being archived in the last weeks.
Ive had another report, anonymously, that this person has had about 100 of their reports closed
They close what they want. They are definitely not interested in thinking about that Bugs. This Thugs are ridiculous people if somebody ask me. They are not interested in product quality. Sometimes that makes life harder let me say. But by the way: that all is a sign not to rely on their programming tools at all. People have to learn the hard way. Neither C#, Java, Vaadin, Codenameone, Netbeans and others are coming up with a behavior like this.
All this goes away with platforms that care. PHP
I worked for MacAcademy / WindowsAcademy and saw this pattern.
They had VHS and CD-ROM training for almost EVERYTHING. Then they cut titles that didn’t perform well, maybe cost more to do than income, on that title. So they killed it. And another and another. Death by 1000 cuts.
Eventually, they were down to a handful of titles. FileMaker was their best seller, I think. They rallied around FileMaker, doing in-person training across the globe.
Then they closed.

Lots of recent ones that are very old feature requests
I see many of them. One is Client time for Web. Is still not working correct. Returns the time system but not the tiome. Should return the client time. That is not a good Idea when and if the System has no correct time setting while not connected to the web and no rtc. Only one example
