Xojo 'Android' dead on arrival?

FileMaker delivered FileMaker on Android by partnering with LiveCode (https://filemaker.livecode.com). I remember some press releases from the time. One or two others since have done implementations on Android using FM Server and WebDirect.

Kind regards, Andrew

Yes, there must be a commercial agreement between Claris and LiveCode. LiveCode can use a FileMaker file as a source for generating code that runs on iOS or Android. This normally prohibited by FileMaker’s EULA.
The FileMaker application, which is used to develop and run the FileMaker file on client machines, is not involved here. The technology for producing executables for Android is entirely external to FileMaker, technically speaking.

I found out recently that you don’t have to write anything factually false. If it upsets Anthony it gets hidden through some round about means to disguise it as a “community decision.”

Yeah mr cyphers the chief of internet police.
