It seems it was ready to be released (I saw in Issues discussions about 2024r3, then I found the release notes)…
But something hold it.
they pick a date when they feel they are close to done
and then they hit that date come hell or high water
which means there are items on the 2024r2 list that arent even started for R2
and more that are “in progress” that probably wont be fixed for r2 and get bumped down the road to some later release
