With or without Trumps actions China was quickly gaining ground on the USA as an innovator and producer of some very advanced tech
It was one of their governments strategic goals to be dominant in certain segments
And its showing
As America is a country with low production level China shows them what production is. And exports. America exports digital Services made by Microsoft and Apple. A Billion Dollar the state of Germany pays per year for licenses. This example shows what the problem is. Trump speks about too much exports from Germany to America. And fails. Now he get’s slowly the Bill for this. Europe searches another markets like China and India. Looking on this markets and the south Amertican markets we could also say: what is USA? Is it woth of taking so much care about it?
At the end Trump looses this game. The price is the American economy. China is the big Winner. Even if Trump is not getting this. But it is.
The EU saying it wants digital independence - or something along those lines - and will buy from EU companies for software services etc will hurt the USA and those companies
I think other countries are also considering their options in this regard
And taking notice of the current administration’s erratic behaviour and reconsidering partnering with the USA or US firms because they may become a target of the administration
And this isnt just the USA stepping away from the world and becoming isolationist
It’s more like its giving up and giving away whatever leadership roles it had
Trump has declared that he wants to with draw from NATO & more than 60 other international treaties, conventions and bodies

What triggers Trump was the digital markets act. That was only the beginning of this process. For many products from Microsoft we have alternatives. For Servers Linux, for Desktop also. I by self am using Linux often also as Desktop solution. It makes no problem for me to switch between macOS and Linux.
So there are alternatives and there is a big market which needs to change. More and more the govs getting that it is not working with American Software Services. While the license fees are too high. While they bevcome owner of the stored Data. While the US government is allowed to look in all data an US company has on Servers where ever they are. That is a stupid Idea while it directly makes the use impossible following to our laws. And the day will come classified informations are becoming public. That is the last part of this puzzle. Then it ends up.
As you can see: europe needs to be independent from US Software Giants. That would be the on ly solution.

It’s so stupid - even if the administration doesn’t believe that climate change is real, the rest of the world is moving forward as though it is so we (the USA) is foolish to dig in and invest more in staying with fossil fuels since everyone else is going with batteries and renewable energy.
I think he’s got kompromat on everyone. Epstein’s circle of ‘friends’ I’m sure include a bunch of the folks in Congress. So…they’re scared they’ll be outed as pedophiles.
This movement against science is dangerous for the entire world. I hope nobody will learn from it. This process is a big risk. If states learning from it we will have a faster climate change. The activities of the EPA are long time on the run. Today we have to see tht an entire agency get’s the order to stop theese kind of activities while a government is meaning that Science is never true.
This is the screwy thing
Science is great because it gives us iPhones & computers & all that neat stuff
But climate science is bunk
Its an odd thing to half believe in it and half not
… maybe Trump wants to demonstrate how much faster things go if there is just one guy in charge … whichever direction he’s going …
