That applies mot then Unified GUI framework Theo is building, yes. Elements itself lets you build native macOS (and iOS, and Android, and Windows) GUI apps, using each platforms native control sets (e.g. Storyboards on Mac).

Unified GUI is/will be just one additional option.

Yes, Elements supports several ways to develop web and server apps, including ASP.NET (Classic and Core) and others. See Platforms | RemObjects Software for more details.
