So you must have all your reports addressed in a matter of days; thatā€™s what Geoff said is required to get those things looked and addresed quickly. Otherwise they can linger for months or years, so you must be doing pretty good on that department. Christian was batting around 20%, Norman below 10%, you must be in the 80 percentile. - overachiever :slight_smile:
