Is this true for any project? Start a new project and just run it. If it has the same problem on the Windows 7 computer, then I’d say it’s definitely an issue with the latest version of Xojo. As I mentioned earlier, you could download/install an earlier version (I suggest a 2021 one) and test just an empty project there.
Note that you can install more than one version of Xojo - they won’t “overwrite” each other. I have many versions of Xojo installed for exactly these kinds of problems (among others).
