I started a new iOS app and relearned a small trick about provisioning profiles. Followed the Xojo documentation doing all the steps for a new app creating bundle ID, provisioning profile, etc. Got the old "can’t build without a provisioning profile’ message. Restarted Xojo. Not fixed. Restarted Mac. Fixed.
