Indeed. They used to say it was only 10% who used it to explain (save face) why there was so little interaction on TOF.
If now almost 1 in 3 uses the forum and, given the same very low activity (by almost always the same few people), their active user base must be even smaller than I suspected.
Lets just say I have reason to believe you’re correct
From what I can tell there are a lot less posts & action on most areas of the forums
But they hide certain things like user lists at various trust levels so it’s hard to actually see much to back that up
It makes sense. Geoff treats customers like crap. Geoff thinks he’s ALWAYS right. Nothing will change until he leaves, sells, or gets new management.
