and no Xojo … says a lot
In all fairness Xojo ignoring Stack Overflow is why it doesn’t make the cut. If they’d had someone answer Xojo questions there, they may have gained more traction, but they ignored it, as if it was one of their Pro customers.
There are so many things the Xojo can do to improve the product and/or improve their awareness, but telling enthusiastic, expereinced customers “you’re not my target audience” or “Xojo is exactly as it should be” is not one of them.
Alienating the customers who can make a difference was a big mistake and one that I think will hinder growth for many years. Y’all know Sleep Aid is made with Xojo, but imagine if every customer knew that? Sure, I’m just one guy, but if there were dozens of us (ha) all doing the same, that’s FREE marketing for Xojo.
Whats kinda shocking (to me) is how low Xcode, Swift are considering they’re for Mac, iPad, iOS, Watch, TV & Goggles.
On average Swift devs make a fist full of dollars more than Objective-C devs, perhaps Apple’s dev technologies really are not that popular on Apple’s platforms.
Put a “Made with Xojo” in the about box .

There are reasons to not use them as well, like cross-platform development. I guess many developers need to build for them.
JoJo ignoring? No. Sam! The world of programmers is ignoring JoJo. In all fairness. You’ll find VB in all programming language statistics. But JoJo not.
