Way too many bugs in Xojo to be a Pro tool. So when the Pros leave only Citizen Devs remain.

Xojo need quality control.

Normal effect. One of thousand is a good programmer. So, if you have 50k there are 50. When they are gone there are zero. Simple Mathematics. Many of them I met in B4J Forums like Alwaysbusy, many of them in the Java Edge, a few in PHP and that’s it. Nobody wants to rely on a not professional tool. They run away.

Coming to the concept user forum. That works on the Backs of the professionals. When they are gone or banned there is nothing anymore. That makes the quality of the answers.
