Yesterday I upgraded a M1 BMP 13" to macOS 13.0 aka Ventura. Upgrading was straightforward, no issues encountered.
The MBP is a small config with only 8 GB of RAM.
Xcode 14.0.1 runs well, having a modest 105 MB footprint with no projects loaded.
No crashes encountered yet. The overall impression is a smoother and snappier system and (Apple) apps, compared to macOS 12.

I install Ventura to my M1 MacBook Air with 16GB RAM and test my compiled application without problem. did not try Xojo IDE yet
