Worked for me, but it seems that is even true for someone like Björn whom you’d think Xojo wants to keep happy:
I have been complaining about features they have been removing in the new controls
(RectControl.MouseX,Y and the Listbox Cell border setters/getters)
In both cases they say use the events instead and roll your own because having 2 ways to do something is confusing and bug prone… which to my mind is not true…
But I doubt they will listen to me…
It seems every time I start thinking well maybe I should move to API 2 (I’m starting what for me will be a big new project) , they do something that makes me reconsider that, if I want to be productive.
