Excel Question

I have a spreadsheet where a given column ultimate will have hundreds of values (stock prices)
Does anyone know a formula where I can have a cell give the value in the LAST cell in the column that has a VALUE (so each day that cell will be one more farther down, but I don’t want to redo the equation each time)

=LOOKUP(2,1/(A:A<>""),A:A)

wow… that looks INTUITIVE doesn’t it
