Xojo could even do this “automagically”
Wait a minute… How… Is this in reference to a post I made in the “Testers” channel on TOF?
The post I made ages ago works to make it possible for you to have 2 separate things that you just flip the compatibility flags on and off and things will work
Unfortunately there’s no way to get Xojo to help you make this easier

I got asked how this could be made to work by someone else
I pointed that post of mine to them
no idea if they can even post such a reply on TOF

I’ve yet to make a decision on how I am to handle this for the meantime.
